Nokia 808 PureView is the Nokia's first smartphone to use the PureView technology. This is a technology that combines 41 megapixel sensor, exclusive lens Zeiss Carlz and Nokia's algorithm for oversampling of pixels.
What does it do? This way. If you zoom in standard resolution (2, 3, 5, or 8 megapixels), image quality does not come down. thanks to PureView technology, Nokia 808 PureView was awarded as the Best Mobile Device at Mobile World Congress 2012 and the Best Imaging Innovation 2012 from the Technical Image Press Association (TIPA).
